Returns & Refunds
At Shadliya’s, each piece is carefully sourced and packaged. As these are delicate, handmade ceramics, we ask that all return requests follow the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only where a return has been requested and approved in advance.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be returned using a tracked service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving and verifying the item’s condition
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
