All products sold by Shadliya’s are handmade and sourced from artisans.

As a result:

Each item is unique
Variations in colour, pattern, size and finish are expected
These variations are not defects

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline any order
Limit quantities
Cancel orders where necessary

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled once placed.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided, however these are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Couriers
Customs
External factors outside our control

Once your order has been handed to the courier, responsibility passes to you.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics:

All items are carefully packaged
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

A return must be requested and approved in advance
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Return shipping must be tracked
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued within 72 hours
Refunds are made to the original payment method

We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalised items
Sale items

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos and text, is the property of Shadliya’s and may not be used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadliya’s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
